  Due to a change in circumstances regarding attending an event in Widnes, we decided to make a return visit to the Cottage (previous stay in July 2013). Only booked mid afternoon for staying that evening. Phoned and enquired if we could arrive slightly later than the published time as we were travelling from Scotland.   Coudn't really fault it for £45, had a large double room with an adjoining room containing two singles and a cot. Beds were comfy, pillows were really comfy (something I'm picky about).. Had a shower and a bath, both fine. Room was clean, Free Wifi (took a bit to get working but got there).. Free Parking. All in all great value for money and would... o que as pessoas dizem » use again. - The young receptionist was excellent, friendly, efficient and couldn't do enough for us. We stayed 19th Dec and arrived about 6pm if that helps to identify her.
