  The staff team really worked together as a team and it really showed. rom the moment we entered the premises - which were lovely - the reception team including the duty manager made sure we felt welcome. When we couldn't wok the television a young man came almost immediately and fixed our small problem right away. Courtesy and good service make this note what it is which is fabulous. - The staff were attentive and friendly and ensured our stay with them was very pleasant. The service in the Bistro was excellent for both afternoon tea and the evening meal. The food was really good; we all enjoyed it very much Breakfast was first rate. The room was wonderful and we were upgraded which made our stay that little bit special
