I stayed here a few times over the past few months, and have to say I was greeted with a very friendly smile each time, especially Yali, the rooms were clean, and had everything I needed for my short trip. One thing that would make this trip would be new, more comfortable beds, but I survived. The staff are very friendly and the food in the restaurant is excellent and well priced, the free breakfast in the morning is adequate and there is an option for a cooked breakfast for a reasonable £4.95.

The warm welcome by the efficent staff the food was good the facilitiesprovided by the hotel - Really enjoyed my stay at the village hotel - the staff were friendly and willing to help. The leisure facilities were great, lovely steam room and jacuzzi. I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely location (20 minutes from Stratford) and beautiful building and surrounding scenery. The breakfast was very good and the staff in the restaurant were very professional. The lady on the reception desk Sunday morning was very friendly, totally unlike my welcome the night before.
Good quality TV in the room.
The shower is very powerful and there was a bath too.
In general, the communal areas of the centre looked very fresh and modern.

The Attitude of the staff was excellent, I was going to write a letter to you to say this. we were very pleasantly surprised with the Hotel and will definately use Holiday Inn again for any future trips - The hotel was light and modern. Hilton breakfast was fantastic, and they offer us a free valentine's package because they gave us a twin room ,we did book a double room. Finally, my boyfriend and I are very satisfy with their serivce. - The hotel is in a quiet location, but well connected and close to the main roads. The facilities are modern and well maintained.

Room was excellent, with a massive bathroom! Bed was very comfortable. the room I stayed in was in one of the lodges- a very short walk away from the main hotel- they are single-floor, chalet style and are very quiet. Excellent buffet breakfast with a very wide variety of choice.
