I like the hotel in general, the staff were friendly and they tried to
help us regarding to internet issues,we received special treatment ,the
receptionist changed the room from floor two to seven with a nice view
and also we received a gift (bowl fruits and drinks . the most
interesting thing is unlikely of other hotels in Istanbul no one ask us

DIVAN Istanbul is perfectly central, 3 minutes walk to Istiklal Caddesi and a 8 minute walk to the Dolmabahçe Palace and Bosphorus. While a hotel in an ideal location is not necessarily a good hotel, this hotel is close to ideal as it is luxurious, affordable with friendly and helpful staff. Made our stay in Istanbul memorable. Moreover, it has a good gymn, indoor swimming pool and a spa.

First, the location. Excellent, almost at the Taksim Square. If you want to see the city I highly recommend it. The hotel is nice and clean with friendly staff. The hotel located just few steps walking to istiqlal street & taksim square all type of restaurants & shops just steps away. Cosy hotel with super friendly personal. Very helpful and really professional. We had a street view 403. Although the streets were very busy and noisy, you could close the windows and it was very quiet. Cenrally located, walking distance from the port and lots of restaurants. the host was amazingly kind, He was all the time helping us and suggesting us places to go and the best way to go there. Actually when we arrived he even gave us a nice introduction about the city that was very helpful. Its located just next to Taksim Square so you are good located for the tours and for the night life in Istanbul! -

The owner of the hotel drove me to the airport thru police roadblacks so helpful.

Konak is within a short walk of the Istanbul Congress Centre as well as the subway, tram and Taksim Square. The staff were really helpful and there was usually someone around speaking English. Good breakfast and reasonable restaurant. Very nice bathrooms.
