  Staff is super friendly and the hotel is very modern. They even have a small new elevator, so that you don't have to carry your bags upstairs via the staircase. The owner speaks some English and is able to help you with finding your way around. Rooms are all air-conditioned, water in the bathroom is hot. Water pressure is decent. There is a very warm atmosphere inside the hotel. Rooms are comfortable, clean and well designed. And it has an air conditioning what is extremely important for a summer trip to Istanbul. We didn't need anything more than we had in Ilya Pera Hotel and enjoied our time that we spent there!
