The location is great which is a walking distance from a lot of historical locations and also from the famous Istanbul Bazaar. It's very quite, relaxing and clean. The room and bathroom spaces are very well managed and organized. The bids are very comfortable which was very important after a very long day walking. -

I liked the courtesy of hotel staff esp the hotel manager, ambience of
hotel, breakfast buffet offered by hotel every morning. During our check-
out the reception staff was very helpful and even kept our stuff in the
luggage room as our flight was in the evening. The location of the hotel
was next to a street connecting Aksaray station but in a quiet place
next to a garden with play area for kids. I will definetly recommend
others to stay at this hotel.

The suite that we were given along with the staff were superb. So good infact that I can name each and every member there. They knew who I was from the first day to the last catering to my every need and request.

I like the hotel in general, the staff were friendly and they tried to
help us regarding to internet issues,we received special treatment ,the
receptionist changed the room from floor two to seven with a nice view
and also we received a gift (bowl fruits and drinks . the most

DIVAN Istanbul is perfectly central, 3 minutes walk to Istiklal Caddesi and a 8 minute walk to the Dolmabahçe Palace and Bosphorus. While a hotel in an ideal location is not necessarily a good hotel, this hotel is close to ideal as it is luxurious, affordable with friendly and helpful staff. Made our stay in Istanbul memorable. Moreover, it has a good gymn, indoor swimming pool and a spa.

The concierge, both Mr Alp and Mr Jim were extremly helpful in providing plans and maps regarding the best in istanbul. Hospitality , since my arrival wellcoming spirit with everyone , every
one wants to help . I also noticed a precsion in everything I asked for.
Before leaving the hotel , I was planned to have a taxi pick up at 4:45
in the morning . at 3:30 am ,safe box in my room failed to open with all
my valuables inside (passport , air ticket , money..) I picked up the
phone and asked for help , a few minutes later a smily guest service
personell came over and open it for me . I expected to have some delay

Well the hotel rooms are comfy and the staff are really helpful. i would like everyone to look for Ms. Tuba she is extremely supportive. the stuff in general are nice and they help and do there best to help the residents. the hotel is very close to a tram station that is 200 meters away. the tram station will take you to sultanahmet tourist area.

a nice hotel with great staff where ever you are in the hotel , they make your day , i am a regular visitor to Istanbul , this is my first stay in this hotel , but will not be the last . special thanks to Ferhat at reception . Ceyhun and Cihan at concerge .
