Very nice staff mostly. A couple of grumpy ones but nothing serious.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Come on guys. Internet drops every time your device sleeps. Rather annoying.

Good buiness hotel, close to metro station and shopping malls. Not far from historical center by public transportations. Some rooms are better then others - depends on your luck. The higher floor is, room hs more lights and less noise.

The location is perfect, close to shopping centers and to the metro and bus stations

I liked the manner of the staff, they were problem-solving and helpful. Th room was big and clean.

The hotel corridors were not tidy.

I got a room on the 9th floor, the view was amazing!

the looooooooooooong entrance! too long for a hotel at this time.feels like 1980's style.

Excellent staff and good Spa facilities . Rooms are omfortable ,clean and well euipped .

early acess to room. we were given an upgrade',room was very spacious and confortable.A pool and hammam were a great experience.

easy access from taxim metro to 4 levent station, but one needed the info first. The buuses from both airports come into taxim.

Nice hotel, good location near 4 levent metro station which can get to taksim for 10 min. Very frendly staff, free underground parking. Good hotel for that money.

The room were comfortable..

I believe they should somehow renovate the hotel, the gul facilities need a change. The room where breakfast takes places needs brighter colors. other than that it was good.

Just horrible....very unhelpful, unfriendly staff. AC in the room did not work, internet did not work, no iron available to use, no coffee/tea in the room. We booked a room with a double bed, when we got to the room it had 2 single beds and they refused to put us in the room we requested even though the hotel was empty...

Dont Take this hotel!!!!

Well dont take this hotel!!! There are manny resons do not Take this hotel: 1. They show on pictures some rooms and when you get there they give you some other rooms and if you like to get what is in picture they ask for extra charge. 2. Nobody speak english in that hotel ( just popor english) 3. They have show on bookin smart deal and when you get there you realise that they sell in front cheeper than is on booking Just 3 words : DONT GO THERE !!!!!
