the staff were very friendly, they helped you with everything. The staff- Tugay was really really nice. He will help you a lot.
The breakfast was okay.
so close tothe bus terminal. and you don't need to walk uphill to this hotel. The restaurant next to the hotel, according to my opinion, is the best( price,portion,taste,service,atmosphere)

The staff at the hotel was absolutely top-notch. Not only were they the helpful about arranging tours, recommending restaurants, even reserving out of town excursions, they were some of the friendliest people we met in Cappadocia. They do everything to help make your stay pleasant, and your visit to the area as effortless as possible. Ask for Ilknur and Kemal, they were terrific.

first hotel that I actually become friends with the owners within the
short three days stay. This is a home run small hotel with a lovely
young couple managing it. It is well located at one side of the town
which gave you fantastic view of the town. They were very helpful
during my stay. Organized transport to and from the airport, provided
ample information about the area. The best thing I like was to sit down

Since we arrived in Capadoccia at Nevsehir airport, and its quite
expensive to grab a taxi to Göreme, we asked for a shuttle to the hotel
which was a lot cheaper and faster.
We had planned a road trip with a friend that was gonna pick us but as he could not finally come, the hotel offered us some great tours to do during our two days stay. I gotta say that using a tour guide these guys have, made the experience so much better. Moreover everything is well arranged and the lunch is included.

Gultekin is a nice little place. The staff are very casual and nice,
though they don't speak English very well, they know enough to be
helpful. The shower was great, nice and hot with tons of water pressure.
Breakfast was really good, a nice and pretty large buffet on the terrace
with views over Goreme. If you are up by 8, you can see the hot air

staff is super friendly. Since I was arrive in the early morning they offer me the breakfast before even checkin. then offer the room for me to sleep before my room was ready.
They did have barbecue party almost everyday which is amazing and help to get to know people in the same hotel.
Location was great, sit right at the middle of city and almost the highest spot, so you can see 360 agree from the terrace.

As a hospitality industry employee, I would suggest every hotel to have such staff as Lalezar does!! Ramon is the best hotel manager I’ve ever met! Client oriented & helpful staff. Perfect location. Unusual room design. Panoramic view. All sightseeing offered at the hotel were excellent, safety & of high quality (guides, transfers & meals)

Had a nice stay at the Sunset Cave Hotel. Hassan and Chetin were very
accommodating and they really showed Cappadocia hospitality. We found
people in Cappadocia were very sincere and went out of their way to help
us. We joined the green tour through the hotel and it was worth it as we
got to see many of the sites we wouldn't have ourselves. As for

rooms, it was an experience to stay in the caves. Only thing is we
didn't know you can view the rooms beforehand and secure the room
you want as -
Manager is truly excellent, very helpful. Room was pretty good, was disappointed at first I could not get a hot shower before our 430am balloon ride but then I realised the hot water was solar powered so I am completely okay with that.
Excellent view from top balcony, close to town and sunset point.
Can't praise the manager enough, he was great value...other staff sepaka not so gooda ingrish do
Loved it though, would recommend it any day.
On a side note, make sure you organise a shuttle bus fro

The staff was courteous and very helpful with all our needs. The room was very large with king sized bed and a beautiful view for the local fairy chimneys which populate the valley. The pool was very pleasant, relaxing, and private. -
friedly staff, great location, just a short walk to town but away from all of the traffic and noises of town.
