Had good time in Cappadocia. specially our Hotel was great, very friendly staff, great breakfast, awsome sunset view from tarrace, the owner Mr. Chetan helped us alot to arrange the day trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sunset Cave Hotel. The host is a good communicator and worked very hard to look after us. He always made himself available to answer any questions and provide any help we needed. Staying in a genuine cave room with a great view over the town was a unique experience. We also appreciated the excellent advice the hotel provided on what to see and do and the very reasonably priced bookings they made for us. Sunset Cave Hotel is an excellent location and choice when visiting Cappadocia.
Everything! Chico the owner is absolutely a plus, advising people were to go and what to do, making everybody feeling home and very welcome. Very good price/quality ratio, wi-if connection perfect in all hotel, breakfast also with homemade jams and local bread, quite at night and great location to see the balloons in the morning. Go for it!

The staff was amazing. They had plenty of good idea's about things to do in the area and were very well informed on the tremendous amount of history in the area. They spoke great english and were very friendly. We had a late bus ride on the day of checkout and they let us have our room until 20:00 Free of charge.
When we arrived our key wouldn't work in the doorlock. The man(Chico), at the front desk had a man come out and change the lock within 45 min. So I guess thats more in the like category.
Much nicer room than I expected or have gotten in Turkey for a similar price.

Location is one of the best in Goreme city; terrace of our deluxe room was really nice. The owner was very kind and ready to support us. We had a problem in bathroom during staying, so unfortunately we needed to leave our deluxe room, but a new nice accommodation has been found for us in a very near hotel. Last day a room has been reserved for us until our evening checkout.
The hotel's boss is kind, and give me help much. I stay three night, the third day we need to check out,my bus to next place,time is 22:00, he let us stay the room till departure! It's convenient for us,thx!
The staff were helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was delicious with a selection of cheese olives and other delights.
our room was situated next to the breakfast area. This was convenient but noisy during setup which made sleeping in impossible. If this is important be sure to ask for a different room.
Manager is truly excellent, very helpful. Room was pretty good, was disappointed at first I could not get a hot shower before our 430am balloon ride but then I realised the hot water was solar powered so I am completely okay with that. Excellent view from top balcony, close to town and sunset point. Can't praise the manager enough, he was great value...other staff sepaka not so gooda ingrish do Loved it though, would recommend it any day. On a side note, make sure you organise a shuttle bus from the airport, public buses are difficult at best to navigate
somewhere a little bit more secure to leave our baggage would have been nice

We could hardly receive the wi-fi signal in our room, which made us very depressed.

Great service, very friendly staff, relexed atmosphere, great breakfast, amazing views from roof top. Location is perfect, away from the crowds, within walking distance of center/shops, sunset viewpoint and beautifull walkingtracks.

The owner of sunset cave hotel is friendly and speaks English very well. He picked us up from the bus station, offered us breakfast the first day we arrived. The boss also proposed us to stay in his new hotel down the hill instead of sunset cave hotel, but we did not buy the balloon tour or green tour from the him, he was not arrogant after that, and we stayed in Sunset cave hotel. The hotel is near to the sun set site, so you can go to watch beautiful sun set in 3 min. Terrace is nice.
This cave hotel is on the hill, it takes some effort to go home after diner in Goreme town lol. Some tiny stone fell on the bed, so we have to move our bed towards the windows. Hot water is not very stable, but they fixed it very quickly.
Had a nice stay at the Sunset Cave Hotel. Hassan and Chetin were very accommodating and they really showed Cappadocia hospitality. We found people in Cappadocia were very sincere and went out of their way to help us. We joined the green tour through the hotel and it was worth it as we got to see many of the sites we wouldn't have ourselves. As for the rooms, it was an experience to stay in the caves. Only thing is we didn't know you can view the rooms beforehand and secure the room you want as when we wanted to switch rooms, the rooms we wanted were already spoken for by people who'd viewed it earlier. No big deal. Breakfast there was probably more basic than what we've had during the rest of the trip. Again not a big deal. Hassan allowed us to have breakfast the day we arrived which we appreciated very much. We also got to have breakfast at one of their other hotels which was much nicer. :) Thanks again for your hospitality.

The cave house is near city and everthing!5 min to restaurant, bar and shop. Walk around 20 to 30 min Open Air musuem. The cave house owner is very helpful and friendy.when stay here the owner can arrange like hot ballon, green tour and etc.I will stay again if I come back here
Our de-luxe rooms were very cosy,with a private patio ,and a wonderful bath to relax in after a busy day,s sightseeing. Breakfasts were good,and we had fresh pastries and cake on our last day.Chetin was very helpful,and able to guide us in our daily plans,we were very happy with our choice of hotel and would return again.
The stairs up to the room were steep,but the view at the top was well worth it!!

Perfect location, it's only 3 min to sunset point, but not too high. Nice, funny staffs, good breakfast. Even it is hotel but you can make something in the kitchen.

The hotel is a little run down, not well mantained. The breakfast is good, but it isn't on the terrace as announced. In my room there was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom so I needed to maintain its door closed. The wi-fi sign in very bad in the rooms too.

Humidity of the room is so bad, also, since there's no AC in our room we have to open the window & there was a cat stepped on my bed while I was sleeping.
