  Was a good location to escape the noise from the party area. Yes the bungalows are up some steep stairs which aren't a problem with backpacks but could be tricky with suitcases. One of the staff took our bags from the pier to the reception which was an unexpected luxury (free!).   I felt that Ms. Lee was very nice and helpful...not at all the irate person she has been portrayed to be. The guest house was clean and in a good location..not too far from the pier and mostly away from the loud bars.   All the staff was very friendly and helpfull. They made our stay really enjoyable. We had a room with the garden view but it was only 1min walk to the beach. The restaurant of the hotel had nice thai food and the sea view is amazing. The massage parlour was good and cheaper than most other parlours on the island. So here's ours: Excellent!! We had a luxury bungalow close to pool and reception. Airco, Free wifi!!! Only 80eur/ night. Everywhere was clean, no bugs, a lot of cats though. The pool was beautiful. The beach bar had really good music, and overall it was not too noisy. Only 10 min from the pier, with a nice guy with trolley carrying our luggage. Perfect place!

  Amazing beach, food, friendly staff, close to everything you need, long boats to rest of island - the staff was very lovely, very friendly with my son and would give him treats and play with him. the breakfast area is right on the beach and a pleasure to eat with the sounds of the water.

  Location couldnt be closer to the beach whoch was great but if your a light sleeper the musoc on the beach doesnt go off until 3am.   I really liked the room that I stayed in. Really comfie. The staff were so friendly,everyday they would greet you with a smile and have a conversation with you. The location is good, close enough to the main street and beach but far away enough so you can sleep at night and not be annoyed with loud music. I would definitely stay here again. I just wanted my own privacy and its exactly what I got. - The location was close enough to the bars and beaches but not so close that you can hear the noise all night. The staff were excellent when you get of the ferry they have a staff member waiting at the pier to collect your bags and transport them up the hill in a cart (there are not cars or Tuk tuks on phi phi) and this is free of charge but tips are gratfully received.
