Friendly staff value for money location Good breakfast

reminded them at least 10 times to repair my phone in the romm which never happened. they always forgot the morning call except once.Wifi not always available in the room. no lift in the hotel.

The staff were always helpful and frendly at all times! Very willing to accomodate any short coming or problem if they could. Breakfast was always a treat and good value for money! The rooms were always clean and tidy. Great pool

The building needs major revamping & repair, and the construction noises were deafening at times. The advertisment of the rooms was not a true reflection of what you got. I.E. The old type tv no flat screen. Old type of fridge. A/c could not be adjusted! No lift to the 4th floor!

Room a bit dirty No lift to the family room on 5th floor. The picture on the booking site shows the new wing. It should be made clear where one is booking the room.

Ma y I first say that do not expect a 5 star hotel but the staff certainly give you 5 star treatment, every one of them made me smile and laugh at one point of my holiday and made my stay that little more enjoyable.The hotel is due for a refurbishment in the future and I for one will be staying there again the pool is a great place to relax and meet people and thanks to the band in the green bottle for letting me get up and sing with and the guys playing pool there too .May I give special praise to pi pi the night barman kuy the night receptionist and the security guard ,their prompt action saved an ugly incident from occurring outside the hotel, well done lads good work and finnaly to mit the waiter nothing was too much trouble for him and every day was a laugh with him ,i,m visiting soon and look forward to seeing you all again........Mr Garry

Pool was nice. Staff was nice. Good location.

No elevator. Pictures at the place is the new wing pictures, it pays more to get there. Only cold water in shower!! Wifi was terrible, connection problems all the time.

Have nothing positive to say about this property. Dirty. Poor service. and pictures on Booking does not match the reality of our rooms. Can not understand why the hotel has 3 stars
