My partner and I booked a Superior Double or Twin Room but were upgraded
to a suite as the rooms were booked out =D. It was easy to organise
airport transfers, the staff were lovely and helpful, buffet breakfast
had a wide variety and was decent, the resort pool was fantastic where
you could order delicious fruity drinks for 70baht, free mini-bar is
always a treat and the maids were great. We had lunch at the hotel
restaurant, it was cheap, decent portioned and delicious. Within walking

hotels I have stayed in, extremely helpful with any requests you have
and arranged tours/tickets for the cheapest price around. Good
location, not too far from the nighlife but far enough to get some peace
at night. Stone throw away from main shopping centre. Great hotel.

It is a great pleace to stay for a few days or the complete staying. Confortable, simple and has very good relation between price and service. I totally recomend this hiotel to visit Patong Beach at Phuket.
The room 502 at the 5th floor has a safe box that gives you a sense of security.
Highly, super-recomendable!

O ar condicionado funciona muito bem. - It was a great place to stay! The location and setting was lovely. The swimming pools and staf where charming and it was always lovely to come back to the hotel after a day out, in Patong Beach! I would definitely recommend the cocktails at the bar! Yummy! - The breakfast was amazing and the staff were great.

for hot water, we see the kettle on desk after returning to hotel. For
the hot weather in Puket, we have to wash clothes everyday but find
there are not enough hangers. But we are so surprised to see more

Guesthouse although the cost is so cheap. -
For the price, you get a spacious room with a big double bed, attached
bathroom,towels, tv, aircon which is a superb deal for expensive Patong
beach. I was also pleasantly surprised that the guesthouse performed
daily housekeeping and are an honest bunch. (We left some valuable lying
around and housekeeping tidied them up for us with everything intact).
The owners are also very prompt to respond to bookings and accommodating to late check ins.

It is a very recommended hotel with clean room and good price. And, the owner of hotel is very very friendly and nice. He postpone our check out time and help us to reserve taxi with good price and tell us the good restaurant, etc. In a word, we will come here if back phuket again.

Friendly helpful staff. Always gave a nice smile :-). You can rent a scooter from the reception and eat a nice meal at the restaurant at the bottom floor of the hotel. A Family Mart shop is 10m away where you can buy groceries and in the evenings a food market is 100m away where you can buy an assortment of foods for dinner. Free wifi and 2 bottle

Staff were amazing! Always helpful, ordering best deal taxis... Great place to stay. Huge rooms only 10 mins walk to patong beach. Must try the steak at the restaurant... The Italian chef knows his stuff!! :)
