First off I have traveled through thailand for a total of two months in my life so I have seen my fair share of thai accommodations. This is hands down the best hotel I have stayed at in all my travels. We were welcomed warmly and could tell they expected us. The staff is unbelievably kind, knowledgable, and helpful. Peter ( the owner) and panda (front desk staff) were exceptional. I felt that my things were always safe in the room. The Internet was as fast as if I was back home. The rooms wer.

It is our honeymoon travel,they decorated our room specially romantic. And for the last day of our travel, they upgraded our room for free! The location of the hotel is very nice as well. 2 min to the Patong Beach by walk. 3min to the biggest shopping mall in Patong. There are a lot of nice restaurants around. It is my favorite hotel!!!. Location is really cool,in the middle of and close to everything!the staff was really friendly,esp we liked the way of treating the guests-cold wet towels and juice on arrival and a little souvenier when leaving:-) at first I worried that the room had no windows,but in the end I was even happy about that-no noise,no smell from the street and no mosquitos! It was almost just trickling out of the shower head, so we were pretty frustrated with that. But the rest of the other days, the water was perfect. No boiling kettle in e room for my child to drink milk but could get it from the lobby.Other than this, we enjoy our stay and will definitely stay there again this june. The room charge had been deducted before check in. When you make a booking of this hotel on website, they had already deducted the room charge by your credit card.It is really very disappointed that we have to pay the extra charge for the transnational bank charge. There was a small problem with the toilet but the housekeeping took care of it immediately. No hair dryer, no coffee/tea making items. Nothing. traffic jam after 5 pm everyday , remember try not to come back to the hotel after 5 pm . Toilet door. its a bit too busy for people who is looking for a quite trip. Water always splashes out of the showing area. Can improve by reviewing the design. Small room. I don't like there is very noisy, i think the room soundproofing is bad. Nothing to complain. I booked a room without a window, feeling not well. The room was a little bit small. no window. room is small and not many things to see around the hotel.
