The price and it was a modern room with ok space. And great location. good Location. First day it was poo in the toilet, cleaning staff forgot to clean. I wish every staff could speak english as good as the woman in the "lobby". The bathroom didnt have a door to close only fabric. No taxi driver knew where the hotel was wich was strange. Payment not in Thai Baht possible, the hotel changed to my local curreny with a bad exchange rate, some rooms are noisy.
