us feel welcome. Food was good and well priced. Always clean and even
though the surrounding location seemed a bit neglected the hotel was

Rooms are big and new except for the bathroom(Thai style) and are kept spotless everyday! The location is great for Khao San Road aswell as Grand Palace and other sights in the old town. Walking distance. The young girls at reception sprak Bert limieten English but are really friendly! Breakfast was good enough. If you are looking for a homely feel then don't book here but if you want great location and clean, comfortable rooms Baan Boran is perfect for you. Would book here again

This place is great. I'm not really sure much else can be said. The price, the people, the location. I maybe would have passed it over if it hadn't been on the suggestion of a friend, but I'm so glad that I listened to him, as I don't think I would have had a better time anywhere else in BKK.
