modern décor. Hotel staff were very friendly and check-in was efficient.

Flawless stay from start to finish.
Arrival service from the concierge and reception to the stunning view from our room and the outstanding outside pool. I literally couldn't fault it and would recommend the Pathumwan Princess Hotel to anyone wanting to stay in a luxury hotel without the price-tag! It's also attached to the awesome shopping mall MBK!
The only thing I would say was missing is luxurious bathroom products i.e. shampoo conditioner etc. could be better quality, but taking all thing

The huge buffet breakfast, the pool on the 11th floor with a stunning view over the city skyline, etc. We highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is 10 minutes walk to the Skytrain and to the Express boats to get to the Royal Palace and other city centre sites. A night market is also close by.
The hotel was full, so we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a deluxe room which was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was spotless and the staff were polite and helpfu

It is very convenient to take Sky train and ferry to airport, shopping center and the sightseeing places, like the Grand Palace. Only about 5 minutes walking way on feet. There is a food center close to the hotel, very tasty local foods. Staff are friendly and helpful. Got upgrade superior room, moden bathroom, queen size bed, value of money. Will stay in Bossotel next time.

Friendly and professional staff with a good level of English for those who require it.
Free use of gym and swimming pool is a nice plus and the breakfasts are fantastic.
One slight criticism is that in the information book in the rooms it says they offer a courier service and to contact their business department.

The Service was Splendid and the room was luxurious big and clean and well-maintained for Bangkok Standards. It is just 1 stop away from Siam BTS station, Ratchethewi BTS station is just next to the hotel, 1 min walk away. I stayed in a Grand Deluxe Suite that was 70+ Sqm big. All the staffs were friendly but not over-friendly, they know when to let you have some personal space, which is super good for us. Excellent and friendly staff. Modern boutique hotel, closeby the big shopping areas of Bangkok.
We liked the pool, on the 8th floor, as well as the generous amounts of complimentary water bottles and the complimentary drinks & snacks in the room.
Staff was very helpful in setting up 2 diner reservations at Bangkok's nicest rooftop restaurants.
