Location was simply the best you can get if you plan to visit old Bangkok. Very good breakfast (tuna sandwich, waffles, pan cakes, pad thai and chicken-rice porridge -- all great). Don't miss out the rooftop mini-restaurant + bar. An evening cocktail while watching boats going on the Chao Phraya river is just priceless. Good decor, cleanliness, free bottled water. Fantastic room, given a demo on how to use tv & air con. The decor envokes a tranquil oasis from the chaos of BKK. Staff helpful, friendly & bilingual. Property located in a quiet backstreet but a stone's throw from the river and 3 minutes walk to Tha Thien pier for the river taxis to Wat Arun & everywhere else. Market close by. 10 minutes walk gets you to the Royal Palace grounds.

Great little hotel with beautiful gardens. We have chosen it because of
its location. It is 15 minutes away from Grand Palace and Wat Po and it
is opposite Wat Rachabophit which was a bonus. We also liked the fact
that is wasn't near busy street or on horribly loud and busy Khao

Feung Nakorn Balcony is a hidden gem in Bangkok and it took some digging

Very friendly and helpful staff and they really made an effort to make
us feel welcome. Food was good and well priced. Always clean and even
though the surrounding location seemed a bit neglected the hotel was
kept very well and we always felt secure. Highly recommended and this

Rooms are big and new except for the bathroom(Thai style) and are kept spotless everyday! The location is great for Khao San Road aswell as Grand Palace and other sights in the old town. Walking distance. The young girls at reception sprak Bert limieten English but are really friendly! Breakfast was good enough. If you are looking for a homely feel then don't book here but if you want great location and clean, comfortable rooms Baan Boran is perfect for you. Would book here again

Backpacker's heaven. Center of Khaosan Road. Alot of drinking places, 24/7 convenience stores, fastfood restaurants, and road side food stalls. Easy to get cab and tuk tuk. Nice place to stay. -

Giant fan even though it made no difference. Staff very friendly. Shower and toilet always clean. Got given our own roll of toilet tissue so never had a problem with running out! Restaurant on ground floor. Excellent location on Khao San rd and not hidden away like some places in alley ways. -

A perfect place to stay and immerse yourself in the hustle and bustle of Th Khao San road! We had a deluxe room at the back of the hotel (no windows), so didn't hear any of the noise from the street at the front (and it does get noisy)!

The hotel is quite good, the staff suggested taking a windowless room which is more calm and quiet if we prefer to have a rest after a long journey. And it was a great idea. The AC is working seamlessly, so the window is not neccesssary if you just need a place to sleep in the very centre of Bangkok. And the swimming pool at the top is a good idea (if you can make it on time, as there is a lot to do and it is not easy to get home before midnight). When checking out you can leave the luggage in
