Amazing hotel find. Honeyly couldnt have asked for better. It got me thinking since the hotel was on the other side of the river and would spend a lot of time and money crossing but was wrong, ferry is not even 2min and pier just next to hotel for less than 10cents a person to cross and get u in the grand palace entrance and on the night and were

The room was clean with many amenities. However the main reason for choosing this hotel was its location on the river and close to a Marathon event we were attending. It was in a convenient location and just right for us. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The view from the rooms were amazing. The Grand Palace and Temple of Dawn were in full view and lit up at night added a special ambiance.

Central train station seems more convenient place for one-day traveller to crowded Bangkok, than well advertised KhaoSan.

Staff were very helpful and patient. We arrived at 5am and were checked
in and escorted to our room even though check in is not until 10am.
Air conditioning was amazing, very comfortable room, good shower.
Breakfast area and library set up gave it a homely feel, opposed to a cold, dingy breakfast nook.
Hotel is a 5min walk from Bangkok Train Station which is handy when taking the 05:55 train to the Cambodian Border!

The staff was very very friendly and helpful too, the location of the
hotel was very near the bts so transportation was very accessible. Not
only is the shopping center such as mbk or Pratunam mall at a walking
distance, the night life and the market was also very accessible. With

The proximity of the hotel is really good for those on a shopping trip. Siam Paragon, Central World, Digital Discovery, Siam Discovery, MBK and Siam Square are all within walking distance. The nicest part was the personal touches of the staff to remember our names and chatted with us whenever they see us. They even came to see us off as we left the hotel. I'm definitely booking this hotel when I revisit Bangkok.

Excellent rooms, spotlessly clean.
Friendly and professional staff with a good level of English for those who require it.
Free use of gym and swimming pool is a nice plus and the breakfasts are fantastic.
One slight criticism is that in the information book in the rooms it says they offer a courier service and to contact their business department.

The Service was Splendid and the room was luxurious big and clean and well-maintained for Bangkok Standards. It is just 1 stop away from Siam BTS station, Ratchethewi BTS station is just next to the hotel, 1 min walk away. I stayed in a Grand Deluxe Suite that was 70+ Sqm big. modern décor. Hotel staff were very friendly and check-in was efficient.

Flawless stay from start to finish.
Arrival service from the concierge and reception to the stunning view from our room and the outstanding outside pool. I literally couldn't fault it and would recommend the Pathumwan Princess Hotel to anyone wanting to stay in a luxury hotel without the price-tag! It's also attached to the awesome shopping mall MBK!
The only thing I would say was missing is luxurious bathroom products i.e. shampoo conditioner etc. could be better quality, but taking all thing

Staff was extremely polite and accommodating. The extra effort to meet my needs (a box breakfast on the morning I left at 2AM for the airport!) were very unexpected but welcome. While they were always busy, I never felt they were too busy for me. -

We stayed here for 2 nights. We booked a family suite. The suite was old but had all the comfort and facilities. It was close to city center and had walking access to city hub shopping Malls. Loved the location. Very comfortable stay. Staff was very cooperative. Excellent buffet Breakfast was definitely a plus. Will definitely stay here again. -
