A little bit quiet but I like it that way. Staff were very accomodating if a little unenthusiastic at times. The spa was excellent - First day I tried the sauna & jacuzzi, and the Thai massage (which I discovered I'm no longer flexible enough to handle - my fault not theirs). Subsequent days I tried the much more relaxing oil/aroma massage which was great. Coffee shop was very tranquil and relaxing Would definitely stay a - Graham
