  We stayed at CAMPEGGIO-OSTERIA RIPOSO one night, after travelling in the Verzasca Valley, and on the next day continued to Maggia Valley. This family run hostel located few bus stops from Locarno and not far from the bus station Caserma. The place is very clean and staff is very helpful and friendly. It's possible to buy a beer in the evening and a great coffee in - Loved the experience, remote yet close to the bus stop. We were the only guests so cannot comment on the noise, but the room and bathroom were spacious and clean and modern.

  The location is excellent, between Ascona and Locarno. The area is quiet. The person runnig the hotel makes one feel at home. Very nice service and facilities. Lot of small details that makes you feel comfortable. It is the forth time we spent and we always feel like we want to go back again.
