This is a wonderful place to stay! Our apt was clean and it had
everything we needed. Nice location, walking distance to restaurants,
and for sightseeing. Most important was the hospitality of Cristina.she
was awesome! She helped us with details from the airport, places of
interest to see, and when our flight was cancelled and moved to the next

Spacious apartment (no8) in the middle of Santa Cruz area, walking distance from all the major attractions. Christine made us welcome and provided us with a guide and map to her favourite tapas bars and restaurants. The roof terrace is a great place to relax on a warm evening.
The apartment has a comfortable sitting/dining area with balcony windows on two sides. The kitchen is fully equiped including a washing machine, radiant hob and microwave.

The apartment's location is excellent for enjoying Seville's old town. We visited during the week of the April Fair, very much enjoying the costumes and party atmosphere. The weather was warm, so we enjoyed the air conditioning. It was set too cold but we figured out how to moderate the temperature. We shopped for groceries at the Cortes Ingle

Very good position, really in the heart of Sevilla. The apartment was
clean, elegant and as described on the web site. We had a 2 bedrooms
apartment that with two small children was perfect for us and cheaper
than any other option. The staff at the reception was very friendly and
let us leave the apartment in the afternoon due to no other bookings,
that allows us to spend the last day in the city more relaxed. I
strongly recommend it!

We loved staying in Seville, especially in such a beautifully maintained apartment in a lovely block, situated in the heart of the old town. Mayte was a very helpful and generous host. This apartment totally made me a apartment aficionado. I will never stay in a hotel or B&B again.
It was spotless large and the kitchen and washing facilities were top-class. Even though we did not do much cooking everything was there.
The parking was in the same building a great plus point. w number of cafes and restaurants were around the corner. A fantastic place for a family. And the three bedrooms meant everyone had his/her space. We loved every minute and will never stay anywhere else

We had a delightful stay at Manuel's apartment! The communication before and during our stay was excellent, he is flexible and took the time to recommend restaurants and places of interest when we arrived (which is also compiled in his very own guide in the apartment, along with all manuals and instructions for equipment).

Lovely apartment, fresh, clean and bright. Well equipped for a short or long-term stay. Wifi, air conditioning, shower all excellent. Plenty of space and storage; comfortable and stylish. It certainly had everything we needed and more. Brilliant location. Owner was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Would certainly stay here again and recommend it to others.

We were welcomed by Stephanie and Marina who were charming and warm and
instantly made us feel like family!! They even upgraded our reservation,
giving our teenage daughters their own studio apartment next door so
that we would all be comfortable free of charge! They were enormously
helpful in assisting us with travel ideas, restaurants, and all local
attractions. The apartments and the building were modern and immaculate,
with the most comfortable beds we experienced on our one month trip!!

cathedral and Alcazar. It was in terrific condition, had a very nice

Apartment Alameda 91 is located in a safe and quiet zone. Also the sightseeing tour bus stop nearby. The apartment is spaces and also equiped with a small kitchen for family tourists. Very clean and comfortable. The hoster is very nice to help us bring luggage and introduce room facilities and local sightseeing information for us.

The apartment was absolutely great! It was spotless! The room is comfortable with fully fitted kitchen and utensils. It is so close to the central bus station and hence so convenient to travel to and from the airport or another city. It is close to the center and shops nearby. The guy at the reception spoke English and was very helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

The location was great, close to all amenities, restaurants, bars, etc. Room had a nice decor and was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very cordial and helpful. Won't hesitate to recommend these apartments. It is important to note that taxis/cars are unable to go right next to the hotel/apartments since it is a pedestrian zone. So taxis can take you up to Plaza Santa Cruz and hotel/apartments are only a few minutes away.
