  The hotel is a bit old, but very well located and maintained. We were booked into 1 bedroom apartment, but were given a huge 2 bedroom apartment right at the sea front. The hotel is great for families with small kids - my children loved the playground and especially evening Mini Disco.   The beach is 1 minute walk, with children it is very convenient. There is a supermarket 3-minute walk . The hotel also has a supermarket, a bakery and small shops. Prices are about the same everywhere. The taxi rank outside the hotel. Also the hotel has a pay parking. The ocean is very clean. The beach is well maintained . The kitchen h - The location is right behind the beach. The ocean view from the balcony is perfect. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly that organized all the tours for us and recommended some really nice restaurants with delicious local food. We felt comfortable for the staying. We will chose the hotel again for next time.

  We just had a night-over in Santa Cruz and found the hotel perfect situated in relation to the bus-station and the city. Reception was very friendly and the room comfortable, quiet and clean. - Very stylish hotel with friendly helpful staff. The staff are really friendly too and always have time for you.
