The hotel facilities, staff and location were exceptional.
Staff, particularly Carla, was extremely helpful and friendly.
Apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a lovely terrace with beautiful views. It had two loungers, a parasol and a small patio table.
The pool was warm with lots of loungers and parasols.

Best location possible for magaluf. Only steps from bcm nightclub, the beach and every fast food joint known. Huge pool inside with djs that play all day. We just missed the bands and international djs but that looks insane when it starts. Also allowed to bring in alcohol from outside. Would deffs come back again. A lot of fun. -

Plentiful parking, restaurants and small shops close by. Five minute walk to the sea front and main town. Daily maid service. Quiet and secluded pool area with sun loungers. We saw the apartments last when relatives stayed there and decided to book for this year. We were very happy we did. I'm sure we will return to these apartments.

Extremely good service from all of the staff. We arrived late in the evening, the restaurant was closed, but they had arranged for us to have a cold meal in the restaurant! We had half-board; the food was really good, fresh and with good variation.
The next day we were able to change room to a higher floor without problems. The last day we were leaving late. We were given a room to keep until afternoon, very much appreciated to be able to have a shower and change before leaving as the temperat

99% of the staff were really great. The apartments were really clean and had all that you need. They could do with updating but not too bad. Food and drink was reasonably priced. -

This is a 3 star hotel with a 5 star setting. Yes the rooms are basic and in need of a refurb but that is reflected in the bargain price and with views like this you won't be spending much time in doors. If you like a hot drink in your room though you will need to bring your own kettle.

I was impressed by the organisation of the team of cleaners who were friendly & worked hard cleaning just about everything from sand on beach to showers & chairs & railings & fences as well as rooms & obvious areas.
The staff on the reception were always friendly & helpful.
But most of all the Team of young entertainers . Dave & his team were amazing - always friendly to parents but fantastic with the children . They were never too busy for anyone "kids or adults" .

Simple, clean, self catering apartments in a convenient location for the town and access to beaches and countryside. Fantastic location, the kids loved both the cove on one side of the complex and also the diving platform and rocks on the other side. Good selection of pools too. Lovely setting which is beautifully maintained. Apartment is spacious and nicely decorated apart from the bathroom which was a little tired. Food was good and a varied choice. -

Probalby the best hotel in Mallorca! It's actually apartments so you
can cook in there (all amenities available) and supermarket Eroski
nearby. Very good value for money if booked in advance and not in the
high season. Extremely clean, good sound isolation of rooms, good
fitness facilities, sauna and indoor pool. We really liked the
animators, quite professional and entertaining (arranged for quiz nights
and local dances). Overall, totally recommended!

Very friendly staff. We had reserved a small one bedroom apartment and we were given a bigger one at no extra cost. Everything was very clean and fully equipped kitchen. Very close to many beautiful places.
