The hotel is very good standard for 4 star. The buffet has excellent choice of food but can be busy especially in the evening. Great facilities for children and the animation team were very good with mini disco. Beautiful pools with paddle pool for small toddlers. Location right near the beach very handy also. -

An Excellent hotel . The accommodation was beautiful with memory foam mattresses and everything you would need. We were half board and the food delicious. This is a hotel located outside the city centre but well in walking distance.
The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful.
The rooms are very spacious, are in fact apartments.
Spa, gym and classes are payable. The room rate however is so beneficial and with this system you only pay when you use it.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Fabulous for children as there is plenty of entertainment and the kids club is brillant. Each block has it's own swimming pool so you can sit and relax in your patio area and be watching them. The cleaniness was second to none. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Very friendly staff. Wide choice of food at breakfast and dinner buffets. Excellent location right on Playa de los Pocillos - easily the best beach on the island. - We enjoyed every part of our stay at Hotel Las Costas and will defenitly be going again.

We enjoyed everything about our stay.With in one hour of our arrival we upgraded to all inclusive from half board because we could see no reason to leave this place during our stay.The location is like a little oasis of heaven if you want to just relax and do as little as possible to recharge your batteries.It is so easy to get to from the airport, just a little over 10 Eoro's and about 5 mins.We will deffinately go back :-)

the apartment we had was very spacious and comfortable, room layout felt amazing and quality of facilities on a very high level, including toaster and orange squeezer, nice new kettle. the hotel itself is extremely huge and it has thousands of small pools if you need some privacy and few large ones with entertainment for kids and adults.

We loved being able to see the mountains from the balcony, and the lovely layout of the resort. It was great for us as a family as there was plenty to see and do. The food was varied and to a high standard and we would love to come back and stay here again. The pool bartender (i think it was Josef) was very friendly and always made us welcome.
