  Everything!! We stayed in a three bed villa, it was gorgeous!! The interior design was lovely and the villa inside and out was spotless. It had a real home from home feel, in fact I wouldn't mind living in one myself!! The staff were really friendly and polite, and the reception staff were brilliant before and during our stay. The complex is in a qui - Alondra Villas are exquisite, simply outstanding in every way! We stayed at Alondra to celebrate a 50th birthday with family and friends and we received a complementary upgrade to the Grand Suite, which is out of this world. Wine and snacks were left complementary upon our arrival and on the day of the birthday the manager sent a bottle of red wine.   We really enjoyed the complex it was close to the airport and beach. We were far enough away from the nightlife but close enough if we wanted to be part of that. The all inclusive variety was extensive and the best we had experienced for such a low cost, great value for money.   I found the staff very friendly from the start. On check in we were asked our names. The next day the staff refered to us by name which I found to create a very personal feel. The atmosphere around the complex was always very freindly with lots of interaction from the other guests.   On arrival , we were checked in by rafeal .he went out of his way to find out for us which bottled water was low sodium , as the water was for our 4 month old baby .he rang his wife to find out . The apartment itself was lovely , everything you could need was provided. Very clean . Pool is perfect there and lifeguard on duty full day . This was our fourth trip to Lanzarote and our first stay in this wonderful apartment complex. The apartments are superbly equipped, beds very comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. All apartments are south facing and balconies get full sunshine. We hope to return next year.
