The staff are wonderful, most helpful, the hotel is a little gem and I found everything I needed at St Lorenzo. I would recommend it to all as an authentic little hotel yet with all comforts. It is a little oasis in the busy city and convenient to everything. -

Friendly helpful staff, very cheery welcome each time we entered the hotel.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. It was recently renovated, so everything is still new and shiny. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The rooms (with small kitchens) are very well equipped. There was even a dishwashing machine in my room which I have never seen in any other hotel. My room also had electric window blinds, large flat screen TV with surround sound bar and a subwoofer. The hotel has premium feel with clear Nordic/Swedish design style. Perfect location in central Palma.

It's right in the old part of Palma de Mallorca, surrounded by good bars and restaurants, a short walk to the cathedral, a similarly short walk to smart shops, and handy to the yacht marina. Excellent location in a characterfull hotel. Couldn't believe it was so peaceful in the centre of the city..a little haven. Staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.They offered advice on trips, eating out, travel arrangements etc.Would definitely recommend and stay again - The huge spa bath!
