Front Desk was very competent and they went out of their way to help us and we were very demanding. housecleaning was very nice and also efficient.

From the moment you approach this hotel you feel welcome. The staff are true professionals who are happy to go the extra mile. The rooms are small but perfectly formed with wonderful design touches and very efficient a/c and water pressure. The food is excellent and good value, although the breakfast at first seems expensive, the choices are amazing and well worth it. But what really makes this hotel is the staff. If you enjoy good service this is the place to stay in a fantastic area of madri

The hotel is very centrally located on Calle Cava Baja, a street lined
with good tapas restaurants and bars. It's easily accessible to the
metro and attractions. The hotel itself is very modern and the

The location was ideal, just 2 minute walk from Plaza Mayor and the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although it is a 3 star hotel and very small it is not short of all the amenities you would expect in a 4/5 star hotel. The restaurant has an excellent atmosphere and good quality food. The breakfast the hotel offered is the best I've ever had (even compared to 5 star hotels). If you can afford to stay at any of the attic rooms, I strongly recommend it...wow!!!

The location of the hotel - I was travelling with a suitcase and the hotel is literally just around the corner from a metro stop. The staff were very helpful - very centrally located for main attractions. -

Cleaning staff found train tickets I'd left behind in room & held onto them for us until I remembered a couple hours later that I hadn't seen them that morning when we checked out & we came back to see if by any chance they hadn't been thrown out already--hurray!
