O que as pessoas dizem
It was my first experience to stay in a hostel. And I was not disappointed. The room windows were faced inside that is why it was quietly. The room was small, but it was very clean. The room was cleaned every day. Beds were very wide like double. The mattress and pillow were quite comfortable, linen was clean and of good quality. There was free Wi-Fi in the room. It was some slowly, but quite acceptable. The insulation is not good, but it is a disease practically of all 3 & 4 stars hotels. todos opiniões »
Everything. Holiday inn Express without the frills yet still a personal touch. Right downtown. 1 block or so from Gran Via subway (metro station stop.
Safe. 24 hr desk. 3 levels of security; building, hotel, then your room.
Maid rearranged room for us after first night to better suit our needs(2 twins beds to a pseudo-double) and tidied our sloppy shoes.
Ultra clean. Like spotless. Pressed sheets.
I found this property with a price filter but will make a bee line there next time.
I enjoyed my stay (8 nights) at Hostal Regio. Staff was friendly and room was clean. I booked a single room, but stayed in a twin room. Bed was fine; I had a good sleep. There is a 24 hour reception. Bathroom with shower is small, however functional and clean.
Everything! It was great and I will stay there for sure next time I go to Madrid. The room was very clean, renovated, the staff was friendly (though didn't speak English) and the location was perfect. I enjoyed it!.
Lovely, english speaking staff.
They really go the extra mile for you.
Spectacularly clean.
Easy transport links and close to main sights.
Absolutely fantastic!.
Hostal Regio is very near Gran Via, excellent location! Staff are very friendly, but they don't know English, so be ready:).
Excellent location, fantastic value for money. Everything required for a budget break in Madrid.
A must consider
- perfect location
- very clean
- excellent price/quality.
Very nice staff, clean, comfortable, free wi-fi, close to everything.
The location and price. Plus the helpfulness of the staff.
Nice clean room. Friendly staff.
very friendly staf.
location and price.
Location , price.
Location, location, location - stone's throw from Gran Via and few minutes from Puerta del Sol.
Price for double room with ensuite bathroom was attractive given the above location.
Cleanliness.
Perfectly situated in the centre of Madrid, near to 3 metro stations hence well connected. Plenty of eating places around.
Exelent location.
Nothing at this value.
Nothing.
Wall are not good insulated, so you could here people next door or, if you are close to the reception, people entering and leaving the hostel. Two night (out of eight) I heard people the people from the café down the road. Bring your ear plugs and you are fine.
A little bit of noise, due to the fact that the walls are thin, but it wasn't disturbing that much.
Bathroom is small, but for a few days and for this price not a real problem:).
Pressed to pay our remaining balance on more than one occasion!.
Minor details, nothing serious
- it wasn't really a double bed (just 2 single beds put together)
- towels don't dry the skin (it remained wet)
- toilet is very small (1 person at a time).
The bed was harder than I am comfortable with but this is a personal thing rather than a major issue.
elevator.
It is on the 3rd floor of a building that you have to buzz in and out at all times. No keys. Plus it is hard to find your first time. no signage out front. Small rooms.
Room size small, thin walls.
Room was so small that we could barely walk in it..
Our room (no 302) was tiny.
Bathroom is minimalistic.
No soundproof walls and doors - we heard every conversation on the corridor, entrance rings, etc.
Room was tiny and with the luggage bags had hardly any room left to move around.
Was smoke.
