We stayed for 2 nights and really liked this place. We were on 2nd floor room with balcony facing the road (nothing fancy on the road but good to get the sunlight in the room).
The beds were really comfortable, very clean bathroom, modern flat screen TV. Clean beds linen and towels provided.

First we came there was a lady in the reception who was not really friendly, but then we met another lady who was super friendly, she showed us everything and was really helpful, our room was very nice, cosy, it was a bit loud because the room was near the road and on the 1st floor, but it was not a problem for us, there is a nice kitchen you can make some food, tea or coffee, very convinient. There was even a printer, we needed it to print the tickets for the bus so was very helpful as well, a

Central location is perfect for walking all over town. It is right by
Placa Catalyna where the buses from the airport arrive and metro station
as well as trains out of Barca. Our second stay we were given room 202
which is a double with on-suite bath and a balcony onto main street.
People watching was great fun. Lots of flags hanging from balcony.

Abraham day staff was so lovely, very jolly and helpful. It is a bit
dilapidated but I didn't mind that. If you want uber posh it's
not for you. -
The staff was generally friendly/helpful. The Day staff are more
english helpful/friendly, the night staff generally doesn't know
anything other than Spanish & a lot stricter, but was the same at
all my friends hostels anyways. Good price & great location. Was
very quiet as needed too.

Hotel Fornos biggest advantage is the l-o-c-a-t-i-o-N. Situtated 10
M. from the Rambla and 10 M. from the clasy and cool Plaza Real I
wouldn't swith Fornos for another hotel. The interior of the room
is a bit old, looks like from the 80's or so but who cares as
long as you are in the middle of the action. The receptionists are
cool, kind and fun.

It was amazing, great view, awesome room (two balconies at a room of three beds), a nice and warm welcoming, situated in a very good location, very accessible from all points of view. We loved it, we recommend it and we are looking forward to return.

The location was perfect for shopping and getting into town to see all the sights. The balcony made our stay so much more enjoyable by allowing us to eat outside and enjoy the weather. A very safe area to stay and close to a supermarket so we were able to take advantage of the very capable and well kept kitchen. -
