  The hotel was in the perfect location. Very close to the museums, plazas, restaurants and shops. It was much better than we expected for such a low price! They cleaned the room every day and the hotel was very quiet. We highly recommend! - great small hostal with really nice helpful service!!! Location is perfect to explore the city by foot.

  Communication beforehand was very good, both on the phone with Elena (I assume) and Luis, who showed me into the apartment, and who really remembered to tell me everything that I usually forget about temporarily when checking into apartments, like internet passwords, keys, and where to find the next supermarket. I also liked the decor very much, and everything was very clean. Value - Perfect location for us, apartment very smart with a lovely feeling to it, very easy to stroll back to for a "siesta" before embarking out again to soak up more of Madrid and eating more of the amazing food. Brilliant coffee/cake shop 2 min from the door by the way! We had a late flight home and staff let us leave bags in a secure room in their offices 10 min stroll from apartment to pick up after taking in more of the city which was great.
