Yet again a place with excellent value for money. Simple but nice room, nice staff and clean bathrooms. The location is a bit away from the downtown area, about 20 minutes of walking, but as it is away from the touristy area, we got to experience some local neighborhood buzz and night life, which was nice. -

The staff at the hotel are just outstanding. My husband became ill in Granada and had to spend 5 days in a local hospital. I have little Spanish and the hospital staff had little English. Alex, the hotel manager, came to the hospital with me as a translator and spent many hours dealing directly with hospital administration. We liked the modern style of the rooms that were nice and clean. Beds were comfy and it was nice and quiet. The staff were so helpful and efficient. Shame we could only stay 1 night. Wish we had stayed longer.

Alhambra is not walkable unless you want an 1 hour walk up a hill in 40oC. However you can walk to the bus stop (20 min walk) and then go from there.
I got a coach into and out of Granada and the bus to and from the coach station goes directly outside the hostel.

Really well located for what we needed, you can't park nearby but for us it was not an issue. Everything you might need to self cater was there. Great place for a comfortable inexpensive stay. -
