Everything was great, comfort, location, the staff, excellent breakfast, we have enjoyed it.
The room was modern, comfortable.
No drawer space in room - for more than one night stay, would have liked to have a drawer for small items etc.

There was no cupboard space - only a rack for clothes. There was insufficient bench space to put toiletries and cosmetics in the bathroom. Needs a bedside table - rather than a table which is taken up with phone and information. Only one chair in room with a small desk.

No dislikes with hotel just a little dissapointed that local bars seem to have two prices, one for locals and another for tourists. 39 euros for two drinks was not good.

The rooms decoration was modern and nice and it was quite clean. The hotel staff were freindly. The hotel location is perfect... In Rambla st and very close to the port and main shopping/dinning attractions and museams.
The floor of the lobby was very dirty and it took the hotel more than 3 hours to clean it ... what a surprise for guests to check in a hotel and see tree leaves, tissues and coffee cups on the floor ...As for the room, there is no place/space to keep the clothes/suitecases. The bath room door was made of glass which is quite uncomfortable... The room lights needs more maintenance and the safe was broken.

The hotel was centrally located so it was easy to get around to most places, with links to buses and metro near by. Hotel was very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.
We stayed for 4 days but our towels were not changed, even though the room was cleaned daily. Also, the floor mat was taken out of our bathroom on the second day and not replaced.

Very modern hotel, central location. We enjoyed the balcony facing the action on the ramblas. Bathroom was spacious, so was the room. The bed was huge and comfy.
We had to share our balcony with the room next door, our neighbour was a smoker and kept passing our room to use the ashtray. Was feeling sick one afternoon, and wanted a warm cup of tea. No tea/coffee in room, and room service was closed. It was only 6pm.

Hotel is lovely and modern and in a great location. Our room looked out on to La Rambla so we had a nice view. The bed was huge!!
There were a few scuff marks on the walls, which didn't bother us, but it wouldn't take much to get rid of. This hotel is very modern and minimalist so if you wanted somewhere with character, this would not be the place to stay.
Good location, in the heart of the Ramlbla, I got a room with a view which facing the Rambla. Good price.
Very poor ranges of breakfast. Staff were not helpful, I booked a twins bed room but when I arrived they told they haven't got it so I took a king size bed. No one help you to get your luggage to your room. No space to put your luggage, it only fits 1 suitcase.

Location.Metro just a few metres away. Good connections to all the major places of interests. Closed to the harbour too. A supermaket and Burger king are just next door.
Everything is quite expensive nearby, food&drinks&souvenirs along the Ramblas street(abit tourist trap feeling).

Great design hotel. From outside it looks ordinary but inside is new design. Right at Las Ramblas. Great location and friendly staff.
Poor breakfast. The butter was gone and staff said the new will be tomorrow (thanks!). Wifi although in each room, if inactive for more than 5 min you must type the user id and password again and again. I hate this. The reception area looked dirty like hostel. Many leaves inside, some cigarette butts and bottles on the floor. Sorry but for 4 star hotel, this should be controlled every 30 min. It was like this 4 hours. The room was cold. Although it was set for 24, it didn't go above 19.

The nightly noise : outside all night until 5.30 from people shouting at the square => putting soundproof glass might help
