Check-in takes place at BarcelonaForRent Apartments’ main office, located at Calle Bailen 120, 08009 Barcelona and opens from 11:00 until 23:00, 7 days a week. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform BarcelonaForRent The Living Apartment in advance. Please note that the following mandatory final cleaning fees are NOT included in the room rate and are payable directly at the BarcelonaForRent Apartments’ main office: Three-Bedroom Apartment - Bailén, 23 – 115 EUR A refundable deposit of MUST be paid on arrival by credit card for: Three-Bedroom Apartment - Bailén, 23 – 300 EUR Please note check-in during the following times incurs the following charges: After 22:30 – 30 EUR Between 01:00 – 02:00 is 50 EUR Check-in is not possible after 02:00. Please note that bed linen and towels are included. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Carrer de Bailen 120, local dret, 08009 Barcelona. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
