Love, love, love the Strandloper Boutique Hotel. 5 star luxury is the only way to describe it. Relaxing luxury. A birds eye view of the ocean & it's right on the the beach. There is no bed like your own bed, but this one I could have packed up & taken home. Excellent service and wonderful staff. Where Heaven meets Earth.

Everything was above expectations. The hosts were absolutely gracious and helpful. The room was amazing. The location was convenient. Really, we could not have been happier. (The hosts voluntarily upgraded our room to their best room since it was vacant, but they showed us the room we would have had and it was also lovely. Just a great place.) -

And Nora and her beautiful breakfasts were a delight. Unfortunately it rained while we were there but being able to stay at Waterside helped greatly.

The guesthouse is beautifully situated directly at the coast - great views from our little terrace and also from the restaurant. The on-site restaurant Lemongrass was fantastic and anyone staying at the guest house should at least have dinner there once. Hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly. Owner Kees is a lovely elderly gentleman who was present at breakfast every morning to recommend activities to his guests. Car was cleaned by hotel staff every morning.
