  Everything was really really great - excellent service, good and diverse breakfast, very helpful and kind staff. We had a beautiful room on the ground floor with terrace, which was perfect for relaxation. The house is surrounded by greenery and in a calm neighbourhood, only a 10-minute walk from the Stellenbosch center. The house has lovely wooden floors/victorian baths etc which give it character. Breakfast was simple but fresh. Ben was very very helpful responding to our every request very quickly and efficiently. This is a budget friendly option for staying in Stellenbosch. Next time I think I would stay somewhere closer to the restaurants in town.

  Gwen & Johan were incredibly helpful, and offered lots of recommendations both for restaurants and (most importantly for us) wine tours! Indeed, we hadn't even checked in and had made the online reservation a couple of hours earlier and they were helping us book a wine tour! Very passionate hosts who love to receive guests from all over the world.

  We were received by Gene with a wonderful smile, vastly compensating the tiring flight from Europe. She made our week-long stay a memorable experience. The breakfast was great. "Our house" had two bedrooms, one living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, etc, just for the two of us.   Everything about the guest house was great. The apartment I had booked was so cosy and the service was superb. I have been recommending the place to friends since my return home.
