  It was worth paying a little extra for the Honeymoon Room. It was a beautiful, bright, modern, large room and the view of the Knysna Heads and Lagoon was outstanding. The Manager, Vee, was absolutely brilliant ! She has such a warm personality and does everything she can to make sure you are enjoying your stay. Large room, fabulous double rainshower plus bath. Good quality linens and towels. The view from the room was breathtaking. Vee is such a lovely person and really wants you to enjoy your stay. Great breakfasts too

  We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is fantastic. The chalets are very beautiful and the facilities are great. We would definitely recommend Milkwood. We even made a mistake on our booking where we though we had booked for Nov when we had booked for Dec and they facilitated us. Great attitude to customers - This was our second visit.   To put my stay in context, I normally stay in 5 star hotels and have travelled extensively. The stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations, the location is great, the place beautiful. Helen and her mother were perfect hosts and I can’t rate this place high enough.
