Welcoming atmosphere with nothing too much trouble. Convenient for OR Tambo International Airport but far enough to be beyond airport hustle and noise. Beautiful room with enormous and well appointed bathroom. Am booking for another stay now.

The water meter had been stollen so we were without water for a good part of a day. The staff made sure we had water and hot water whenever we needed it.

A friend booked me into Claires for which I shall be eternally grateful. Hospitality just doesn’t get much better. From the moment we made our booking through to our departure the service was excellent. Our room was comfortable and clean with those little extras that make all the difference. I enjoyed the large shower with a strong spray, the super comfy bed and the top quality coffee. My partner was on a working holiday and he appreciated the fast and reliable wifi (he was even able to use it by the pool!) and the easy drive to Sandton. Excellent location. Very welcoming staff. Value for money comparatively. - Room was comfortable - bed was good for a refreshing sleep. Generally, the room fixtures and facilities were in good order. The Brightwater Commons offered a good range of restaurants and facilities which were within 5 minutes walking distance in a secure environment.
