The staff were excellent I really felt like home, they did everything they could to accommodate all my questions and hopes. They even organized in matter of two hours notice a rental car with a good price and horse riding safari for me and printed all maps for me to find the place even without asking. The restaurant next door that serves also the breakfast has two amazing Italian guys running it, the food is brilliant (absolutely brilliant one of the best pastas and breakfast I've ever gotten

I like the stunning view, spacious sitting room and bed room with panoramic windows , extremely comfortable bed and pillows . The bathroom was spacious with whirlpool bath tub and separate show ear cubical and plenty of space to put toiletries and vanity stuff. Weighing machine was also available. the decor, quality of water supply and the cleanliness was superb . Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and comparative. It was real pleasure to stay in tanzanite suit. I strongly recommend

It was accessible by car, taxi or even walking to a variety of places including the waterfront, citi-tour bus and restaurants. The staff were friendly,courteous and efficient without being intrusive. They went beyond the call of duty to assist. The hotel itself is what a 5 star hotel is all about, and I have stayed in five star hotels throughout the world,some of which don't match up to this.Would definitely stay there again.
