  A big comfortable bed, friendly and very helpfull staff. Secure parking. Cleaning staff did an excelent job. Very business friendly when I needed to attend to some emails, they had the facality for me to do so at no extra cost. I felt home. Booking in and out was very quick with no hassels. Staff knows whats going on and stood ready the whole time... o que as pessoas dizem » to assist. Great hotel, will be visiting there soon again. Keep it up guys! - Hotel was modern. Swimming pool area is the best. Rooms are excellent and huge. The beds are out of this world. Easy access in and out Hotel. Underground Parking. Have stayed in 5 star Hotels in Durban area before and must say if sea view doesn't bother you this place is the best.

  What I liked was the location to both the beach, restaurants, Gateway Shopping Mall and the airport. Wilson the Duty Manager was always available and made us feel extremely welcome. He is very efficient and is clearly well experienced in Customer Care. Friendly staff and a nice vibe! I will definitely visit again.
