  I liked everything, literally. No complains at all. Everything was high quality, the staff was very nice, the room was beautiful, quite luxurious and very clean. The hotel in general was very good, all the lounge areas were great, the gym and the swimming pool, jaccuzzi and sauna were great. Everything was just super comfortable. The whole hotel is a part of the Petroff Palace, and that makes it a really interesting place to visit. You see the old restored Russian palace and stay in a 4 star hotel. The restoration is new, and everything inside and out is newly painted and restored. Also, all safety measures are fully compliant with the most stringent Russian rules.

  Can't fault the facilities. Lovely well decorated rooms, spotless and spacious, and great bathrooms. Staff on reception friendly, spoke adequate English and made a huge effort with the guests.   It's a big house turned into rooms, with a shared kitchen, 1 bathroom and separate toilet. They got wi-fi. Staff was really friendly, once we got to know them. Very helpful and very kind with us. They spoke very little english, but made a superb effort to communicate with us (google translator was our best friend).
