Great location, good parking underneath the building (worm garage). One staff member (really friendly and helpful) waited us in front of the building and gave us keys- really comfortable. They will give you a call on the day of arrival and ask when you approximately arrive.

Dishes were little dirty- everything else were superb.

It is very good from location point of view, it has convenient furnitures. There is shop (and restaurants) at the ground floor of the building, which makes it even more convenient :) The staff lady was very polite and helpful - I really enjoyed staying there. :)

Real approach to a deal: just call to "coordinator" and you'll get your room. Good furnitured rooms, big appartments area for relatively good price. Next time I'll oder the same appartment.

It's not clearly understandable (from the site info) that you HAVE TO CALL to "coordinator" in the appartment - othervise to have a chance to see just a close door... It's not an owner problem - just be carefull with your order

The apartment was in excellent condition and had everything you could need.

The apartment has very thin walls and the ventilation system carries every word from people above and below. It was so noisy that none of us slept well. We were very unhappy about this. I would not recommend if you want a good nights sleep.

It is just not the usual hotel,it is a usual private apartment which is for rent.the facilities are pretty good.

The linen was not clean,it seemed that someone has already slept on it. Difficult to find with GPS,thanks to the girl from Belarus,the manager which helped us a lot.

A very neat, comfortable place to stay. Recently rennovated and clean. The beds are comfortable. A very much complete kitchen. Washing machine available. The street is noisy but not too noisy. a friendly and very helpful host. all communication is via a phone but that works perfectly. Good location, near by the centre. some restaurants/cafes and a shop are on the ground floor. (No noise in the evening) TIP: try the small bistro's downstairs! at the asian one we've got 4x very fair plates for less than 15euro (+/- 15zl per piece). a clean place, fresh and tasty food. There is also a small supermarket open 24/7.

Glasses were missing (but cups were available); entirely scratched frying pan (we stayed in two apartments, and in both that was the case!) Bed linnen: the two blankets are 1-person blankets, not 2-person blankets. definitely not enough for 4 persons staying.

everything was really great. a clean, recently rennovated apartment with luxury furniture and full-fledged kitchen. excellent sanitary facilities, and a washing machine. 2x double beds; very comfortable. but: the blankets are really 1-person blankets!! very helpful host (available on the phone, but the communication is prompt). The apartments are on the street side, so it is rather noisy from traffic, but we did not mind that.

the scratched frying pan has to be thrown away. some more glasses would be nice as well. NB: there are enough pillows, but there are only 2 small (1-person) blankets in an apartment for 4 persons. I read it in the reviews and I have taken an extra sheet which we used as a blanket (it was warm enough).

Near the city center and close to everything including sightseeing and shopping. Modern interior and very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Spacious balcony, fast wi-fi connection, good price, some different restaurants and a shop in the same building on the 1st floor.

Room description was different from what we got. Instead of room with one sofa-bed and one bed we got one room with one big bed for 3 people. There was not enough equipment for 3 people (as we searched for 3 people) in apartments (cups, towels and so on).

Very nice place. 3 different restaurants in the building, and market open from 6 to 23 h. Tram every 3-4 min. will bring you everywhere in warszawa. Nothing else to wish.

Convenient location close to tram and bus routes to most parts of the city. The shops nearby are also helpful.

This is a rather basic small flat, suitable for short stays, but I would not want to stay here for a long period

we did not like the fact that for 5 people we had only 3 blankets and upon our request host answered that she is busy and can't talk right now, and in general, this situation is normal. pillows was smelly. We had some problems with payment, but this was solved later.

Nice enough apartment. We are a family of 5 (children ages 11-14-15) so our hotel options were narrowed. Renting an apartment was helpful. We had no problems contacting our representative, actually our car rental agent at the airport called for us. She was prompt and showed us the apartment. The natural wood floors throughout the apartment were dirty as evidenced by our children's blackened socks and bare feet. Bathroom was clean. No Air conditioning and it was a bit humid. Kitchen was okay, make sure you inventory the cupboards prior to shopping. Private underground parking for 20 zloty (about $6) a day was worth it for peace of mind. Smaller garage but navigable. All in all a great price for $75 -$85 per night. It is not spotless clean, or luxurious, but we were content to save money. If you are a complainer do not stay here, you won't like it. If you can adapt and compromise it's a great bargain.

The building looked new and very well kept. There was a doorman 24h which made it safe. Location-wise, its not far if you have a car like we did. If not, you could probably find something closer (or walk for 30 odd mins to get to the historic centre). Nice balcony to chill out.

Lacked glasses to drink in. we were 4 people coming and the apartment was only ready for 2 people (we had to make our own bed). the apartment was very bright due to its large windows which is a good thing unless you are sleeping in the living room. maybe the owner could get some thicker curtains. Also, the apartment lacked furniture to, for instance, sit outside in the terrace.

In a good location just outside the city. Close to the Jewish Cemetery (although not pointed out to us), and close to the tram stops for main centre. Washing machine was useful. Air con worked well so would be good in hot weather. Good value for money.

Not great in terms of cleanliness. Floors very dirty. Bedding was covered in hairs! The representative lady was very nice but like a whirlwind! Hardly stopped for breath then left us with no info. Some tea bags or coffe would be nice and a bottle of water. An information pack for tourists would be helpful.

Size of the property

There is no reception. Staff called me on the way to the property in order to know what time we would be there and asked me about the payment type. I said it would be cash. On arrival she wanted the money in zlot. Didn't accept the pound or euro. We had well 15 mins argument. I offered her to pay by card . She didn't have the machine. Offered her to ring the office and pay over the phone. It was too noisy because of the busy traffic at night.
