  Great staff! Arrived at 7 am, and the receptionist arrived early to let me in. She also took plenty of time to give me great advice on what to see/do in Krakow. Also my room was ready upon arrival early in the morning. The staff of Komorowski really go the extra mile on service and arranging things for you. Rooms were very nice. The combination of luxury rooms and a hostel-like atmosphere are unique. - The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly and really go the extra mile to help with everything from directions to organising a birthday cake and a particular type of wine as part of the romantic getaway package for my husbands birthday. The driver also greeted us at the airport with a Happy Birthday sign, which was a lovely touch ! The hotel is very luxurious and although there are cheaper places to stay if you have the money and want comfort and luxury then this is the place !!

  Very nice place - we had a large apartment with the beautiful view from the balcony to the mountains. Very nice and helpful staff. Excellent breakfasts. Really woth of its price. - The room and staff were wonderful. Because there was a wedding party, we were upgraded to an apartment away from the party noise. We had a wonderful time.
