  This is one of the best hotels I have ever been. Room was big in size with old style fernitures and very modern bathroom. It has uniqe character and fantastic location just 50 meters from Market Squere.   Oh my gosh, I loved the staff. I have stayed in hotels in SLovenia, Thailand, Paris, Barcelona, Turkey, Italy, Lebanon, Australia and Jordan in the past two years and no hotel has offered the friendly staff of Hotel Unicus. There was no pressure to tip or anything. The staff helped me with any quirky need or normal question I had. I don't think I have stayed in a Hotel which impressed me more in terms of the st - a wonderful place to stay, we arrived on a overnight train so turned up to the Hotel at 7.00am expecting to leave our bags there and check in later. The staff offered us breakfast and then said they would telephone us when our room was ready, they did about 2 hours later. Amazing...very clean, great breakfast selection. The ultra modern shower needs a better door to stop water going all over the floor.overall all very good, we WILL be back...

  I thought the location and staff in particular is what makes this hotel very special. It is a brand new hotel opened only in July 2013. I can genuinly recommend this hotel to everyone. I'd stay at this hotel if comming back to Cracow, definetly - One of our party took ill and had to be taken to hospital. The staff, led by Joanna Domanska - Duty Manager, were exceptionally supportive and friendly during this episode. Our rooms were very comfortable and the spacious, well maintained modern bathroom was particularly appreciated. Breakfast arrangements were good and catered for a wide range of tastes and appetites.
