The apartment was in a central location; everything was within walking distance. Justyna was more than helpful, arranging a taxi from the airport and also trips to visit Auschwitz and the Salt Mines. Krakow was beautiful in the snow and the apartment was very warm and in immaculate condition.

a wonderful place to stay, we arrived on a overnight train so turned up to the Hotel at 7.00am expecting to leave our bags there and check in later. The staff offered us breakfast and then said they would telephone us when our room was ready, they did about 2 hours later. Amazing...very clean, great breakfast selection. The ultra modern shower needs a better door to stop water going all over the floor.overall all very good, we WILL be back...

brother arriving from a different destination and missing a plane; we
also changed appartments as the first one was very noisy with a night
club opposite). The flats were very spacious and ideal for small groups

The location is perfect. The rooms were a little basic but more than good enough for their price and location.
The staff was nice and helpful. They contacted us by email a couple of days before our arrival to Cracow to ask us about our arrival time in order to be available to deliver to us the keys (as there is not reception). We answered to them, arrived on time and found them waiting for us as arranged. We got advice from them on restaurants and other issues that we asked them about.

Very nice apartment, new fourniture, bathroom and kitchen. Very comfortable beds. It doesn't matter that the reception is two blocks from the apartment. They are very nice and they take you until the apartmente. Moreover, it is very near from the main street. Just perfect location. -
