  The atmosphere of place was impeccable from facility to environment. Actually the owner of the boat he was so kind and generous so that we can feel comfortable where you were staying. I'd like to say that you should go there even though price is a bit higher than other hotel.   The staff was very friendly and helpful. Once we arrived, they gave us a map and showed us the location of the main attractions of the city. We decided to stay another day and they helped us to reschedule our train tickets and also printed new tickets.   Very easy to use hotel. Self serve check in when you get there (a bank of about five computers), so you aren't waiting for a person to take care of you. Someone is nearby for the technically challenged. The rooms are what I would call "pods". Small rooms with everything compact and easy to reach. The photos online tell the story. I was able to easily drop the temp a couple of degre - This is one of top three hotels I have ever stayed in (and there were some!), but I cannot remember the other two :). Giving this hotel a 10 would mean that the other few I rated as 10 should now be re-rated to 8. :) Everything was great. The technical stuff in the room, funny saying everywhere, some might find "self-check-in" a bother, but I liked a new experience and there was always extremely polite and friendly staff around to help. All in all - 7min walk from Amsterdam Zuid train station.
