The cake for my husband's birthday was also a very nice gesture! They were happy to give us lots of information on Amsterdam and anything we needed to make our stay pleasant and special.   We picked this because of the price and because we drove up from Brussels. Parking in the inner city is very difficult.Great help from the owners beforehand and when we got there. We'll appointed, excellent facilities including a fridge full of beer & spirits. For a group of guys on a football trip this was heaven. Nice wee touches like brollys being available.I wouldn't hesitate using the apartment again - Monica and her husband were excellent hosts. The house was stocked with drinks and groceries and though it was not free I felt that the prices were fair. Location was quiet and 5 mins walk from the nearest tram which took about 20 mins to the centre of town. We were a group of 5 and everyone in the group was impressed at the value for money. We will definitely be back.

  It was good value as I got a cheap internet rate. Just opposite the hotel is the Amsterdamme Bos which is nice if you want to strecth your legs. The bar is nice and the prices are only a little above usual Amsterdam prices. Once again though Accor Hotels have let themselves down with the telvision services.
