The room was spacious and beautiful. The staff had a nice welcome and everybody was helpful. The breakfast buffet was really good according to us. The location was good, close to the Medina and also many attractions by foot, like the Mosque, Sacre Coeur, Mohammed Place V and more. If you take the train from the airport (should cost 40 dirham each)

In general we liked the hotel, it's located in the center and has large rooms and bathrooms. The rooms facing the streets are a bit noisy, but wasn't a real problem. The rooms are well decorated, however the furniture is pretty old (the sofa in the room was stinking, so the manager sprayed it with some air freshener; didn't really help, but at least he noticed the smell first, before we had to point it out). The staff was very helpful and friendly, so thank you for that.

Staff at the Sofitel Casablanca were friendly and helpful- nothing too much trouble. Their English was good, a boon for non French speakers.
Rooms were comfortable and nicely furnished, and the L'Occitane toiletries and exotic bathroom facilities added a touch of luxury. -

Wonderful oasis! The house and rooms are lovely and quiet, decorated in a very lovely personal style. And the hosts are so friendly and helpful. I felt like family, even though I stayed just one night. The breakfast was also excelent. -

I stayed in Casablanca before,i always stayed in hotels over looking the
water,this hotel was not over looking the water,but close enough I can
walk to the beach,i enjoyed that,i never had a sound proof room,I never
even knew they existed until I read the reviews,I really like that,,the
rooms were nice,the service was friendly,price was ok,but for the luxury
this hotel has to offer,,it was worth it,

Everything! This hotel is underrated, I think they deserve 5 stars. Rooms are clean, with all kinds of little details. The overall hotel is well maintained and invinting. Food is fabulous, and breakfast buffet all one could wish for. Staff very quick and friendly, when you ask for something it is done in just moments. Very pleasant surprise! -

Rachid the owner and the receptionists were all very nice. They gave us
directions and Rachid showed us to a good brunch spot, The Fence.
The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. I slept like a log.
The guards save the parking spots out front for guests, so I was able to park my car for free and it felt safe since the car was within eyesight of the guards.
I could see it would be a good place for business travellers, as there is a nice kitchenette and large desk.

The gardens are amazing, fragrant, and so lovely to walk thru on the way
from the basic rooms to the restaurants and beach. We had turtle
visitors every day! The view of the lagoon and sea is great, and I loved

The staff was wonderful . Everyone from the chef, the desk person, the
manager, the gardener were warm and thoughtful and take great pride in
the services they provide. And contrary to what one of the past
reviewers --they do speak English. We stayed in one of the garden suites
and had the best view in Oualildia. A very special romantic place and I
highly recommend it.
