  Staff was very friendly and helpful, there was slight language problem because we did not speak French but by good will all issues can be solved :) Certainly it was our best deal in Morocco during our 2 weeks stay. It is well located - not directly at the main square but very close to walk and also close to walk to the tombs.   Firstly, I would like to say a massive thank you to Fatima, Kadija, Oman, Abdul and all the other staff who made our short stay such a comfortable and memorable one! The Riad Zolah and all its staff are a real credit to it owners and truly a paradise right in heart of the medina. The Riad Zolah is clean, very well kept and nothing is too much trouble as its staff are there to ensure you are well looked - Exquisite and authentic Moroccan decor. Heated pool useable in winter. Lovely place, friendly, helpful staff. Peaceful and quiet. Continental breakfasts. Wonderful nooks and crannies with traditional board games and books available. Covered courtyards, yet able to be opened. Hammam and spa great. Comfortable king beds. Location great for shopping in souks and not far from main square.

Being picked up from the airport by Paolo and Maria-Ciara was great as the last thing you want to do is try and find your own way through the labyrinth of endless tunnels and passageways, it's scary!! I cannot fault the hospitality, care and attention that was lavished on us by Paolo, Emanuela and their wonderful staff. Nothing was too much trouble and we were given advice on where to eat and where to go. Paolo went with us to the foothills of the Atlas Mountains and acted as our guide which was a wonderful experience. We enjoyed a cooking lesson making a tagine and our own bread,

What a place to escape to from the mayhem of the souks of the old Medina and the travails of the daily drudgery - The staff were very attentive and friendly. Thank you to Majid for delicious breakfast and great service. Great hostess who was checking on guests' feedback on daily basis. We appreciated being showed the way to the main square the first evening and that there was always a member of staff waiting on the corner of the main street to escort us to the riad late at night. Great facilities and atmosphere to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh medina.
