  I first stayed at Riad Chergui in July 2011 on a side trip from some business. I am happy to say that my stay this July, two years later, was just as great. Even better really. I brought my 18-year old son and his reaction was just as mine was in 2011, the Riad is jaw-dropping beautiful. The Riad is an oasis of peace and tranquility in Marrakech; the pool is particularly wonderful. It is well-located and the perfe - Excellent location - an easy walk to everything, yet peaceful enough to relax away from the hubub of the Medina Emmanuelle and all her staff were wonderful and made sure we were well looked after. We got practical advice on where to go, what to go and, importantly, how to haggle. The rooms were spotlessly clean and nicely decorated in local style. The meal we had at the Riad on the night of our arrival actually turned out to be one of the best meals we had in our whole 5-day stay - really good

  The staff, Jamila and Jalil especially, were attentive to our every need and made us feel so welcome. We could not have been better cared for anywhere else. Our stay there was simply magical. - You really feel at home at dar Rocmarra. Staff is very friendly, polite and helpful.

  It was an amazing place to stay, the staff was friendly and super helpful, the Riad was clean and beautifully decorated. One of the best places in Marrakesh. The value is good for what you get and the breakfast were tasteful! The location is good as it is in the medina so it is quiet and you can be in the main square in just 10 min. Walk. I will definitely return. :) - Quiet and unassuming, not luxurious but perfectly acceptable. Good facilities, lovely dining area for breakfast, and will provide dinner on request. No baths but perfectly adequate shower. Enough wardrobe and storage for your clothes, large double beds if a little too hard for me personally. Plenty of pillows and lovely warm duvets.

It was practically a 'one-man-show' but he pampered us soooo well. Helped us carry our luggage, prepared welcome tea for us, made breakfast for us oh we couldn't ask for more!   This was our first time in Marrakech. Arianna, was exceptionally warm and welcoming. I was worried when we started walking down the street, but was pleased as soon as we entered. We came for 3 nights and wanted to be near the main square and experience the hustle and bustle - This was the perfect place for our family to stay and experience Marrakesh. Everything was perfect.
