  I like everything about this hotel. All of the staff was totally outstanding and helpful in every way. Thank you Luis and Patricia. It was very clean and well maintain....everything was spotless. The location was great as we could walk to everything. The buffet breakfast was a+ and gave us the opportunity to try different Mexican food and the serv... o que as pessoas dizem » ice was a + as well. We will go back to this hotel when we return to Merida. We love this hotel! - The staff was great! The room was big and luxe with a view on Paseo de Montejo. We got a welcome drink at the bar and where close to a nice italian restaurant.
